      Here's an article in CNNfn reporting on the results of the Microsoft case: Microsoft is a monopoly. "...Microsoft's
customers lack a commercially viable alternative to Windows." In other words, the judge found the "Linux defense"
unconvincing. It will be interesting to see what the next step is... (Thanks to Dave Whitinger).
