spellutils 0.7 with many improvements to pospell

Spellutils 0.7 is released.

It has many improvements in the pospell utility:

 - .po file headers (the "Project-Id-Version", "POT-Creation-Date",
   "Language-Team" etc. strings) are not copied to the spell file
   which are given to the spell checker.

 - Strings with C escape sequences followed by a letter, like
   "one\ttwo\tthree" are split to "one\t" "two\t" "three" in the
   spell file.

 - The word "msgstr" is removed from the spell file.

 - Support for multilingual .po files with enties like this one:

#: AbiWord-0.7.5-2mdk.src.rpm:1004
msgid "GTK+ based word processor"
msgstr(ca) "Processador de textes basat en GTK+"
msgstr(fr) "Logiciel de traitement de texte basé sur GTK+"
msgstr(no) "GTK+ basert tekstbehandler"
msgstr(da) "GTK+ baseret tekstbehandler"

 - The manual page is of course updated with the new features.
