Oversaettelse af regexp for fly in my soap

I forbindelse med oversættelse af hjælpeteksterne til 
gnomes e-postklient, Evolution er jeg stødt på følgende 
tekst og den er bare svær. 

For example, the statement fly.*so[au]p means
any phrase beginning with 'fly' and ending in 'soup' or
'soap'.  If you searched for that expression, you'd find both
 "fly in my soup" and "fly in my soap". 

Opgaven går ud på at finde en regex som passer på 
flue i min suppe
flue på min sæbe 
flue i din sæbe
flue i hendes suppe 
osv. 
Nogen her der er gode til REGEX?
