Bundle::DBI install hjælp

Hej
Jeg kan ikke få installeret Bundle::DBI på en linux med perl v5.6.1

Jeg bruger cpan shell til det

cpan> get Bundle::DBI    OK
cpan> make Bundle::DBI   alle modulerne compilere( make slutter med OK)
cpan> test Bundle::DBI
fejler når selve dbi modulet skal testes  outputtet fra alle test herunder,
er der nogle der kan hjælpe ?
